Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised African mobile services provider Africell Global Holdings Ltd (Africell) on the refinancing of its existing capital structure with a US$300 million bond issuance and the introduction of a US$30 million revolving credit facility.
Africell is a leading regional African mobile network operator with operations in The Gambia, Sierra Leone, Angola and Democratic Republic of the Congo, serving approximately 16 million subscribers.
