White & Case advises Advent International on financing of VNU Exhibitions Asia acquisition

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Advent International on the financing for its investment in VNU Exhibitions Asia Co., Ltd.

White & Case partner David Li, who led the Firm’s deal team, said: “This transaction highlights the continued interest of prominent private equity firms in China, and also showcases the confidence and support extended by financial institutions towards strategic investments in China.”

Founded in 1984, Advent International is one of the largest and most experienced global private equity investors. The firm has invested in over 415 private equity investments across more than 40 countries and regions.

VNU Exhibitions Asia is a host of exhibitions and conferences in China, operating across ten cities and hosting more than 20 exhibitions and conferences each year.
