Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Adelis Equity Partners (Adelis) on its sale of Nordentic, the largest dental laboratories group in the Nordics, to Careventures and Quadrum Capital portfolio company Corus, a leading dental laboratories group in Europe with operations in France, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium and Portugal.
Founded in 2012 and based in Sweden, Adelis is a private equity firm with €2.5 billion in capital. Since raising its first fund in 2013, it has made 35 platform investments and more than 150 add-on acquisitions.
Nordentic was established in 2016 and has, during Adelis' ownership, evolved to become the leading dental laboratories company in the Nordics, with more than 20 dental laboratories in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
The White & Case team in Stockholm which advised on the transaction was led by partner Shoan Panahi and included associates Sebastian Wallin, Anders Westling, Sofie Storckenfeldt, Karl Nordlin, Victor Bengtson and Jonas Johansson.
