Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Adelis Equity Partners (Adelis) on the establishment of building rehabilitation services group Circura.
The newly created Circura becomes the leading building rehabilitation services group in Sweden, with a turnover of SEK 2 billion and approximately 400 employees. It will operate a decentralized and customer-oriented business model with independently operating companies Reomti, Våtrumsteknik, Heving & Hägglund and Dipart, each specialised in their respective local markets and niches, but with each company able to utilise the benefits, resources and financial strength of a larger group to rehabilitate and renew buildings with modern and sustainable methods. With Adelis as growth partner, Circura aims to consolidate the market and double revenue by 2025.
Adelis is a growth-focused private equity firm focused on the Nordic mid-market with approximately €2 billion in assets under management. Since raising its first fund in 2013, Adelis has been one of the most active investors in the Nordic mid-market, making 28 platform investments and more than 120 add-on acquisitions. Adelis is based in Stockholm, Sweden and also has an office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
