White & Case Advises Activa Capital and Senior Management on Sale of Active Assurances Group to Meilleurtaux Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Activa Capital, an independent private equity firm focused on mid-sized French companies, and the senior management team of Active Assurances Group, on the sale of Active Assurances Group to Meilleurtaux Group.

Active Assurances Group is a car and health insurance wholesale and online brokerage group. Meilleurtaux Group offers information, comparison, consulting and brokerage services on financial products and insurance services to individuals and professionals.
