Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Acea S.p.A., one of the main multi-utility providers in Italy, on its €500 million 0.5000% notes due 2029.
The notes have been issued under Acea's €4 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme, listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and offered and sold pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act.
Banca IMI S.p.A., Barclays Bank Plc, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A., Morgan Stanley & Co International PLC, Société Générale, UniCredit Bank AG and UBI Banca S.p.A. acted as joint bookrunners.
