Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its growing Houston office with a new team of partners. Jason Rocha and A.J. Ericksen join White & Case’s Global Capital Markets Practice and will work closely with the Firm’s Energy Industry Group.

The team advises public and private companies on securities and M&A transactions and has particular expertise in the energy sector. They bring substantial experience in advising on public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, liability management transactions, takeovers, private sales and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, as well as in tax structures such as master limited partnerships and Up-Cs. They join White & Case from Baker Botts.

This team’s arrival follows the recent addition of Environment & Climate Change and M&A partner Taylor Pullins to the Firm’s Houston office in January 2021.
