Global law firm White & Case LLP today announces the addition of new partner Tali Sealman to its Silicon Valley office. Sealman will divide her time between Silicon Valley and Los Angeles. She joins the Firm's Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice and will work closely with the Global Technology and Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare Industry Groups.

Sealman's practice focuses on technology and life sciences general corporate work, representing emerging growth companies and venture fund investing in such companies as well as M&A matters. She represents companies in all stages of their life cycle and across a broad range of industries including software, enterprise, digital health, security, fintech, healthcare and blockchain.
