Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice and Employment, Compensation & Benefits (ECB) Practice with the addition of Sasha Belinkie as a partner in New York.

"Talent acquisition and incentives are often primary deal drivers for board members and senior executives in complex M&A and private equity transactions," said Henrik Patel, Head of White & Case's ECB Practice. "Sasha has deep experience advising on a broad range of employment matters in significant deals that is a perfect match for our practice. Her addition adds further bench strength to our market-leading team, which is committed to solving the most challenging executive compensation and employee benefits issues faced by our clients."

Belinkie has extensive experience handling the compensation and benefits issues and negotiations in M&A and other corporate transactions, including advising on governance matters, securities laws and compensation disclosure, as well as employment, retention, incentive, equity and other compensation arrangements.

"Investing further in our ECB Practice is critical to our preeminent M&A capabilities as client demand for this expertise continues apace," said Eric Leicht, a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. "As our M&A team continues to go from strength to strength, adding top-notch talent such as Sasha builds on recent investments in our corporate practice and further supports our US growth ambitions."

White & Case's Global M&A Practice has continued to expand in 2025, with the recent addition of partners Richard Brand, Kiran Kadekar, Erica Hogan and Jaye Kasper in New York; Richard Browne in London; and Aaron Kenavan and Jamie Palmer in Sydney.
