In Law360, White & Case Commercial Litigation counsel Scott Lerner is featured as a 2023 Government Contracts Rising Star.

On the future of government contracts law, Lerner notes, "Firms are increasingly seeing government contracting as an area of growth opportunity in the legal industryadding that White & Case has added big names in that space to its roster in recent years.
He anticipates plenty of activity ahead, given President Biden's US$1 trillion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. "Invariably, those investments and the federal money that is flowing from those investments will certainly, at some point, lead to disputes involving government contractors, " Lerner said. "So I don't know how the industry is going to look in ten years, but I feel bullish on government contracting specifically."
