
Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice with the addition of Richard Browne as a partner in London.

Richard advises UK public and private companies and other international corporates on hostile and recommended public takeover bids, auctions and other private sale and purchase transactions, joint ventures, governance and disclosure matters, and the full range of equity capital markets transactions. Richard brings more than 30 years of experience and joins White & Case from A&O Shearman, where he was a partner and previously global co-head of the corporate practice and head of corporate in London at Allen & Overy.
