Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and Global Private Equity Industry Group with the addition of Omar Hemady as a partner in Boston.

Hemady brings a broad investment funds practice, with extensive experience advising asset sponsors on structuring investment funds and other alternative investment vehicles across a variety of asset classes, as well as representing investors in such funds.
