Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its market-leading Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice with the addition of Keith Hallam as a partner in New York.

Hallam brings a preeminent M&A and activism defense practice, having advised on many significant, multibillion-dollar transactions and activist defense situations in recent years. His work spans a broad range of industries, including consumer products, energy, financial institutions, healthcare, industrials and technology.
