Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Debt Finance Practice, Investment Funds Practice and Global Financial Institutions Industry Group with the addition of Dylan Glazier as a partner in New York.

"Fund finance has evolved into a robust global market that over recent years has seen significant growth and development as an asset class," said Eliza McDougall, Head of White & Case's Global Debt Finance Practice. "As client demand for our fund finance capabilities grows, Dylan is an exceptional addition that will allow us to further expand our market share in the US while continuing to provide high quality support to our existing clients."

Dylan's practice spans the spectrum of complex fund finance matters, with a particular focus on advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of structures, including bilateral and syndicated subscription lines, management lines, NAV/hybrid facilities, letters of credit and other secured and unsecured lending arrangements.

White & Case Executive Committee member, Eric Leicht, said: "Dylan builds on a number of recent lateral additions to our Investment Funds Practice, including Emma Russell, a leading fund finance practitioner who joined the Firm's London office in December. His arrival reflects the Firm's commitment to expanding its fund finance offering and the adjacent practices to our Investment Funds Practice, both in the US and globally."

White & Case's Investment Funds Practice has also expanded with the recent additions of partners Omar Hemady in the Firm's Boston office, and Emily Brown, Alexandra Chauvin and Lavanya Raghavan in the Firm's London office.
