Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Debt Finance Practice with the addition of Brett Pallin as a partner in New York.

Pallin advises corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors and investment funds on a variety of complex debt finance transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition financings. He has extensive experience with a wide range of financing structures, including first- and second-lien, syndicated, direct lender and bank/bond financings, cross-border and ABL facilities, and recapitalizations and refinancings, across a range of industries.

Pallin joins White & Case from Kirkland & Ellis, where he was a partner.
