Global enforcement is decentralizing antitrust law practice

White & Case's Global Chair of Antitrust, Mark Gidley, and partners Tamer Nagy and Belinda Harvey, spoke to Law360 about how antitrust law is increasingly becoming globalized and prevalent in jurisdictions beyond the traditional strongholds of the US and Europe. 

"We're really seeing a lot of activity out of the United States," said Gidley. "It's causing us to staff that way."
