Madrid and Latin American Arbitration

White & Case Madrid is a critical part of the Firm’s practice in international arbitration practice and has been at the heart of a series of major cross-border cases in recent years.  The Firm recently held a Roundtable on Latin American Arbitration that focused on emerging topics relevant to transactions, financing and dispute resolution.  The panel included the Madrid team of Juan Manuel de Remedios, Ignacio Madalena, and Ana Maria Legendre, together with Latin American Arbitration head Jonathan C. Hamilton (Washington, D.C.), Rafael Llano (Mexico City), and Silvia Marchili (Miami).
