The International Comparative Legal Guide to Data Protection 20191 has now been published.
The Guide, which covers 42 jurisdictions, clearly outlines and compares data protection relevant legislation including competent authorities, territorial scope, key principles, individual rights, registration formalities, and the appointment of a data protection officer and of processors.

In addition, Matthias Goetz and Tim Hickman (London) wrote the UK chapter, and Steve Chabinksy and F. Paul Pittman (Washington D.C.) wrote the US chapter.
