White & Case leads by value in GlobalData’s European M&A rankings for Q1-Q3 2024

White & Case has secured the top position by deal value in GlobalData’s European M&A Legal Adviser rankings for Q1-Q3 2024. The data and analytics company uses the latest data to rank law firms by deal value and volume. The rankings reveal that White & Case advised on US$40.3 billion worth of deals, placing it first by value. Additionally, the Firm was involved in 95 transactions, securing the second spot by volume.

Among the notable deals, White & Case advised on Air France-KLM’s acquisition of SAS AB, De’ Longhi SpA’s business combination between La Marzocco International and Eversys, Sodexo’s spin-off of its benefits and rewards services, Delivery Hero’s sale of its foodpanda business, and Sir Paul Marshall and Old Queen Street Ventures’ acquisition of The Spectator Magazine.
