Legal ranking service Chambers & Partners has conferred its highest ranking, Band 1, on global law firm White & Case LLP for advising on Banking transactions worldwide.
In its profile of the White & Case Global Debt Finance Practice, Chambers Global Guide for 2021 reported that the firm has an "[e]steemed finance practice which leverages the breadth of [its] geographic coverage and ability to build multi-office teams across key financial hubs such as London, Frankfurt, New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo." Chambers also noted that the firm has "[e]xtensive experience in acquisition finance, leveraged finance [and] syndicated finance," "[a]ptitude acting on behalf of borrowers and lenders on complex cross-border transactions" and "[d]eep experience in Islamic finance matters, calling upon experienced teams in Middle Eastern jurisdictions including Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates."
