White & Case wins “Structured Finance Deal of the Year” from Airline Economics

Global law firm White & Case LLP and JetBlue have won "Structured Finance Deal of the Year" at Airline Economics' 2025 Aviation 100 Global Leaders Awards.

For the winning matter, the Firm advised JetBlue Airways Corporation and JetBlue Loyalty, LP on their issuance of US$2 billion aggregate principal amount of 9.875 percent senior secured notes due 2031, and the simultaneous closing of a US$765 million senior secured term loan. Both the notes and term loan are secured by the loyalty assets of JetBlue Airways Corporation.
