White & Case wins project finance Team of the Year at IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2024

Global law firm White & Case LLP was named Team of the Year – Project Finance at the IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2024. The award recognizes the Firm's work on several notable matters last year, including:

• Advising Perdaman Chemicals and Fertilisers Pty Ltd on the development and financing of the US$4.2 billion greenfield Karratha Urea Project in Western Australia
• Advising PT Kilang Pertamina Balikpapan, a subsidiary of Indonesian state-owned oil and gas company PT Pertamina (Persero), on the US$3.1 billion financing for the Balikpapan Refinery Development Master Plan project to upgrade the capacity and capabilities of its Balikpapan refinery in East Kalimantan, Indonesia
• Advising Lotte Chemical Corporation and PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia on the development and financing of a US$2.4 billion naphtha cracker project in Indonesia's Banten province
