White & Case wins DealMakers 2024 “Catalyst Private Equity Deal of the Year” award

Global law firm White & Case LLP has won "Catalyst Private Equity Deal of the Year" at DealMakers Gala Awards 2024. The awards celebrate leading professionals and firms in M&A, corporate finance and private equity for their significant accomplishments in dealmaking over the past year.

The Firm was recognized for its work advising Harith InfraCo Limited on the R6.5 billion (US$360 million) acquisition of the Pan African Infrastructure Development Fund’s (PAIDF) interests in an infrastructure portfolio with significant stakes in assets across six Sub-Saharan African countries. The assets include African energy assets, digital infrastructure assets in South Africa and a stake in one of the country’s largest privately owned international airports.
