White & Case receives 2024 Mansfield Certification Plus for diversity

Global law firm White & Case LLP has achieved Mansfield Certification Plus for 2023-24, a recognition that highlights our ongoing efforts to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Mansfield Certification Plus is granted to firms that meet a range of criteria, including ensuring that at least 30 percent of candidates considered for leadership roles, equity partner promotions and senior lateral hiring are diverse. Successful firms must also achieve meaningful representation in those roles and provide increased transparency around opportunities, expectations and promotional paths.

Developed by Diversity Lab, Mansfield is a year-long structured certification process that emphasizes transparency and accountability and encourages firms to "open the door wider" for everyone.

Having achieved Mansfield Certification since its inception in 2018, the Firm is one of Diversity Lab's "True Trailblazers," a status given to firms that have been certified for seven to eight years. Mansfield's certification criteria grow increasingly challenging each year, affirming White & Case's leadership in driving meaningful change within the legal profession.
