Global law firm White & Case LLP has ranked among the most diverse law firms in The American Lawyer's annual Diversity Scorecard. This achievement marks the 17th consecutive year the Firm has been featured in the top 10. In second place, White & Case has achieved the highest score among our Am Law 50 peers.
The ranking evaluates the percentage of racial and ethnic diversity across lawyer headcount by role; leadership of the executive committee, offices, and practice and industry groups; and the hiring, retention, and promotion of diverse partners. This is the second year the Scorecard has tracked the latter metric, reflecting an increased focus on comprehensive diversity efforts.
"Maintaining our position among the top 10 for 17 years in a row, with a top ranking among full-service global law firms, underscores the deep-rooted commitment White & Case has to diversity and inclusion," said Denise Diallo, White & Case partner and chair of the Firm's Global Diversity & Inclusion Committee. "It's a core value that shapes our policies, our culture, and our approach to client service."
