Global law firm White & Case LLP was named "Capital Markets Legal Adviser of the Year" at the Bonds, Loans & Sukuk Türkiye Awards 2022, presented in Istanbul at the end of November by GFC Media Group.

In addition to being named Capital Markets Legal Adviser of the Year, White & Case was among the winners for "Corporate Bond Deal of the Year: Limak İskenderun Uluslararasi Liman İşletmeciliği A.Ş., US$370 Million Senior Secured Sustainability-Linked Project Bond". White & Case served as legal adviser to the joint bookrunners.

The winners were selected based on "close examination of deal size, tenor, structure, and distribution; analysis and background of the borrower and their accessibility to financing; with extra credit for those deals demonstrating high quality execution, accessing new pools of liquidity, innovative structuring, and opening-up new markets," according to GFC.
