Inclusion advocacy network Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (ENEI) has awarded global law firm White & Case LLC its "Community Impact Award" at the 2019 ENEI awards in London on July 2.
According to ENEI's announcement of the award, "White & Case is already ranked the most diverse legal firm in the US (as ranked by The American Lawyer) and has made significant progress in the UK with building the pipeline of BAME [Black, Asian and minority-ethnic] candidates…. As a result of this programme of activity… [the] number of black candidates interviewed has increased by 280%" since 2017.
White & Case is frequently recognized for its commitment to diversity. In June, Chambers and Partners named White & Case the "Outstanding Firm for Furthering Diversity and Inclusion" at its Chambers Diversity and Inclusion Awards.
