Latin Lawyer Names White & Case Restructuring, M&A, Cap Markets Transactions “Deals of the Year”

Latin Lawyer magazine named three transactions on which global law firm White & Case LLP advised among the "Deals of the Year" in its 16th annual Deal of the Year Awards announced at a charity awards ceremony in São Paulo on May 5. Latin Lawyer's editorial team selected the winners from among the most innovative transactions that closed in 2021.
