IFLR Honors White & Case for Project Finance and Restructuring, M&A, Equity Deals

International Financial Law Review (IFLR) honored White & Case four times in its 2022 IFLR Americas Awards announced on May 19. The Firm's Americas Project Development and Finance Practice was named "Project finance Team of the Year," while the following three transactions were named "Deals of the Year":

Restructuring Deal of the Year: Hertz Global
M&A Deal of the Year: Canadian Pacific Railway/Kansas City Southern
Equity Deal of the Year: Nubank IPO

The IFLR Americas awards celebrate "the most legally innovative cross-border transactions that closed in 2021," according to IFLR. Winners are selected from the results of research by the IFLR editorial staff.
