London financial newspaper Financial News has named Thierry Bosly (Brussels) and Dipen Sabharwal QC (London), partners at global law firm White & Case LLP, among the "Fifty Most Influential Lawyers" practicing in Europe. This is the second year that Financial News has compiled the list.
The 2022 "Fifty Most Influential Lawyers" list features Europe’s top lawyers "advising on large and/or innovative mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, IPOs, equity and debt capital markets transactions, regulation and employment law or those in management roles leading top-tier firms or practices," according to Financial News.
Bosly is White & Case's Global Co-Head of Private Equity, and Head of the firm's Belgium and Luxembourg transactional practices. Bosly's practice focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including public and private acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buyouts, take-private transactions, tender offers, preferred equity investments and joint ventures.
