In its October issue, Asian Legal Business has named White & Case partner Eugene Man (Hong Kong) to its "40 under 40" list. The list "acknowledges 40 outstanding legal professionals in the region who are under the age of 40," according to Asian Legal Business. "These lawyers have worked on ground breaking matters in the past year and have earned accolades from clients in the market, colleagues and firm management."
Eugene is White & Case's head of Banking and Restructuring, Asia-Pacific, and also Executive Partner for White & Case's Hong Kong office. He represents banks and other financial institutions, corporations and financial sponsors on a wide range of highly structured cross-border leveraged and corporate finance transactions, including equity margin financings, pre-IPO and structured financings, gaming financings, project financings, real estate financings and other event driven financings. He also advises banks and corporates on non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters.
