Asian Legal Business (ALB) magazine named two transactions on which White & Case advised among its "Deals of the Year" in its 18th Annual ALB Japan Law Awards 2022, at its award dinner on June 2, 2022.
The awards "recognize the exceptional performance of private practitioners and in-house counsel in Japan and throughout the region," according to Asian Legal Business.
The winning deals on which White & Case advised were:
- M&A Deal of the Year (Premium): CVC's Acquisition of Shiseido's Personal Care Businesses
- Debt Market Deal of the Year: Bain-led Consortium Tender Offer
