Biography
Mr. Gierke is a litigation case manager in the New York office and currently handles complex litigation matters primarily in the areas of antitrust and intellectual property.
Mr. Gierke's experience includes plaintiff and defense work, class action and MDL matters, as well as federal and state court litigation in many jurisdictions.
Mr. Gierke has worked on a wide variety of cases, including antitrust, patents, employment, securities, personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, construction and insurance coverage.
Prior to joining White & Case in 2002, Mr. Gierke worked for law firms in New York City and Seattle, Washington since 1995.
Mr. Gierke was a contributor to Paralegal Today from 2005 to 2017.
He is currently a member of the Advisory Panel of the New York City Paralegal Association and the Advisory Council of The Organization of Legal Professionals.
