Moritz Denzel

Moritz Denzel is a member of the Firm's Global White Collar/Investigations Practice based in Berlin.

He advises and represents companies and their executives in all areas of white-collar criminal law, as well as in matters pertaining to regulatory and administrative offenses. Additionally, he assists clients with compliance issues and the conduct of internal investigations. He has robust experience in assisting companies facing prosecution for so-called "cum/ex" and "cum/cum" transactions and in defending individuals against extradition, other mutual legal assistance measures, and INTERPOL alerts (Red Notices).

Prior to joining the firm, he gained experience as an associate in a renowned German boutique specializing in white-collar and tax criminal law and as a research assistant in the fields of white-collar criminal and capital markets law in two international law firms.
