Moritz Denzel

Moritz Denzel is a member of the Firm's Global White Collar/Investigations Practice based in Berlin.

He advises and represents companies and its executives in all areas of white collar criminal law as well as regarding regulatory/administrative offences. In addition, he supports clients in compliance issues and conducting internal investigations.

Prior to joining the firm in 2024, he gained experience as an associate in a renowned German boutique specializing in white collar and tax criminal law and as a research assistant in the fields of white collar criminal and capital markets law in two international law firms.
