Biography
Mark works closely with corporate and state government clients on a broad range of property-related transactions, advising clients on all aspects of dispositions and acquisitions of land, subdivisions and easements, commercial, industrial and retail leasing, and property due diligence.
More recently Mark has represented clients with infrastructure and property development projects across a variety of industry sectors, including financial institutions and sponsors in the renewable energy area advising on solar, wind and battery developments throughout Australia.
Mark brings an innovative approach to delivering legal services, with a passion for contract automation and leveraging the use of new and emerging platforms and legal tools.
