Elizabeth Fuller

Elizabeth Fuller is an associate in White & Case's Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice in Houston. Elizabeth represents corporate clients in domestic and cross-border mergers, deSPACs and equity investments in a broad range of industries, including fintech. She also advises investment banking clients in their role as financial advisors in M&A transactions.

Prior to joining White & Case, Elizabeth worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in its Corporate M&A Legal Group where she represented JPMorgan in its principal transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures of entities and assets, strategic and financial investments and warrant programs. She also provided guidance to board members on governance matters, including training on fiduciary obligations. Elizabeth has advised on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and has experience in the asset management, fintech and payments sectors.
