Béla Knof
Biography
Overview
Béla Knof's particular areas of expertise are restructuring and insolvency law.
He focuses his practice on both continuation and liquidation of the company's business from various sectors in the context of insolvency proceedings. Furthermore, he advises management, shareholders and creditors on insolvency and corporate law issues in company's crisis.
Before joining White & Case, Béla Knof worked as a research assistant and assistant lecturer at the Institute for Commercial and Corporate Law of the University of Hamburg. Furthermore Bèla completed a secondment in the White & Case's London Office. He is the author of a variety of publications, particularly on German and European corporate insolvency law as well as on company and banking law.
