Overview
Alexander Hyung-Joon Lee is a counsel in the White & Case Intellectual Property practice, based in Silicon Valley. As a patent attorney admitted before courts and patents offices in US and Korea, Alexander focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation with his experience practicing in major IP forums (US, Korea, Japan, and Europe) and serving as strategic heads for multi-national disputes. Alexander has represented clients in patent litigation, trade secret litigation and investigation, copyright litigation, trademark litigation, arbitration, patent licensing negotiations for both plaintiffs and defendants.
Alexander has advised innovation leaders in a wide variety of high-tech industries including semiconductors, smartphones, automobiles, software, telecommunication, display systems, new materials, cybersecurity, mobile gaming, advanced manufacturing, fiber optics, energy, and web technology.
Alexander has previously practiced in Korea as a Korean Attorney at Law and Korean Patent Attorney at top Korean firms.
