Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Property Finder on its debut financing provided by Francisco Partners.

Property Finder is an online real estate platform operating primarily in the UAE and, more recently, in Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Türkiye. The transaction represented Francisco Partners' first investment into the UAE and highlights the growing importance of private credit within the Middle East.
The White & Case team in Dubai which advised on the transaction was led by partner William Watson and included associates Sam Manful, Noren Bhulji and Felix Mueller.
