White & Case Advises NRG Energy on US$500 Million Sale of Airtron to Gamut Capital

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised leading North American energy and home services company NRG Energy, Inc. on its entry into a definitive agreement to sell its Airtron business, a leading provider of HVAC services for residential new construction homes, to Gamut Capital Management, L.P. for approximately US$500 million.
