White & Case advises Bank Polska Kasa Opieki on PLN 600 million bond issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A., as issuer, on the PLN 600 million senior preferred series bonds issuance.

The bonds were offered to qualified investors through a non-prospectus public offering and introduced to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange's alternative trading system. The bonds are registered with the National Depository for Securities.

Established in 1929, Bank Polska Kasa Opieki is one of Poland's largest and most respected financial institutions, offering a comprehensive range of banking services to both retail and corporate clients.

White & Case previously Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. on a PLN 500 million bond issuance in May 2024.

The White & Case team in Warsaw which advised on the transaction included partner Grzegorz Abram, local partner Paweł Zagórski and associate Maciej Kujawa.
