Issue: WECC found that FFT Entity, as a result of internal communication problems and administrative oversight, did not provide WECC with requested documentation on the treatment of its Demand-Side Management programs.
Finding: WECC found that the issue constituted only a minimal risk to the BPS since FFT Entity does not have any interruptible demands or Direct Control Load Management programs.
