Woldemar is a regulatory partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group based in Frankfurt. He has more than 10 years of experience in regulatory field and was holding the role of a Senior Expert Advisor with the German regulator, BaFin. Woldemar's practice advises investors, investment banks, asset managers and fintechs on a wide range of regulatory matters.

Woldemar has a strong understanding of regulated firms’ business models and factors driving the decision making of regulators.

Before joining White & Case, Woldemar worked for another international law firm and advised a diverse range of international clients on regulatory matters.
