Ms. Vukelj serves as the Global Director of Practice Operations for the Global M&A practice at White & Case. She works with the Global Practice Leaders and Regional Section Heads to lead strategic and operational initiatives across the firm's Global M&A practice. With a background in the practice of law and the business of law, Ms. Vukelj blends a commercial and financial approach to driving profitability and business strategy for the Global M&A practice.
Prior to joining the M&A team, Ms. Vukelj served as the Director of Business Operations for Americas Capital Markets. In this capacity, she partnered with the Regional Section Head to oversee operational efficiencies and coordinate cross-functional teams to support the growth and performance of the Section. She spent her early career at White & Case as an associate in the Securitization practice.
Ms. Vukelj is also a member of the Financial Discipline Task Force and served as the Americas Capital Markets representative for the Innovation Committee.
