Paige is a staff attorney in the White & Case Washington, DC office. Ms. Spencer has represented clients in the financial, pharmaceutical, food services, construction, and oil and gas sectors, among others. Ms. Spencer has handled a wide range of litigation matters, including class actions, bankruptcy, antitrust, and complex and cross-border commercial litigation.
She regularly assists with document reviews, legal and factual research, drafting pleadings, deposition preparation, and transactional due diligence. Ms. Spencer also develops internal best practices and guides, including for the management of document reviews and related issues regarding data transfer and data privacy laws.
Prior to serving as a staff attorney, Ms. Spencer served as a law clerk to the Honorable Debra Freeman, United States Magistrate Judge, at the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. She is currently a member of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists.
Ms. Spencer received the White & Case Pro Bono Award in 2019 and 2020.
