Paige is a staff attorney in the White & Case Washington, DC office. Ms. Spencer has represented clients across many industries in a wide range of litigation matters, including bankruptcy, antitrust, intellectual property, securities, and complex and cross-border commercial litigation.
She regularly assists with document reviews, legal and factual research, drafting pleadings, deposition preparation, and transactional due diligence. Ms. Spencer also develops internal best practices and guides, including for the management of document reviews and related issues regarding data transfer and data privacy laws.
Prior to serving as a staff attorney, Ms. Spencer served as a law clerk to the Honorable Debra Freeman, United States Magistrate Judge, at the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. She is currently a member of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists.
Ms. Spencer received the White & Case Pro Bono Award in 2019, 2020, and 2025. Most recently, Ms. Spencer filed a successful application to seal a client's criminal record.
