Jennifer Philpot is the Chief People Officer at White & Case, responsible for talent strategy, human resource operations and employee engagement. She will help deliver on the firm's vision while building and fostering a culture that is team-oriented, one-firm, collegial, and committed to professional excellence.
As part of our ambitious growth objectives, Jennifer is focused on ensuring that the 4,500 people of White & Case have the experiences, learning, mentoring and tools they need for continued high performance, client service and career development, whilst also attracting, engaging and retaining the right people for the business. Her responsibilities include all people related functions: recruiting, onboarding, learning, career development, diversity & inclusiveness, performance management, HR operations and employer branding.
Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in multinational organizations working across talent strategy and marketing. Before joining White & Case in January 2016 she held several senior positions at EY, including running talent management and transformation in their Advisory business, supporting remarkable business growth and driving HR transformation across 141 countries and 44,000 people. And before that, leading global recruitment and employer branding with responsibility for over 40,000 hires around the world.
Jennifer is actively involved in mentoring and developing people. She was recently honored as EY UK&I's 2015 outstanding mentor of the year.
