Francesca MacSwiney

Francesca MacSwiney is an associate in our global Employment, Compensation & Benefits (ECB) group based in London.

Francesca joined the ECB group as an associate in March 2020, having been a trainee with the Firm prior to that. She has recently returned from a six-month secondment to the New York office, where she worked in the Disputes team.

Francesca works with the team to provide advice to international and domestic clients on employment, compensation and benefits issues including employment and consultancy agreements, board appointments, terminations, employee disputes, and employee incentive plans.

Francesca has also worked with the team to provide ECB advice on a number of multi-jurisdictional transactions.
