Overview
Brendan's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation.
He offers clients the benefit of his considerable trial and appellate experience, representing clients before US federal and state courts. He handles a wide spectrum of intellectual property disputes, including patent, copyright and trademark matters.
Brendan has developed a significant track record in representing pharmaceutical clients in Hatch-Waxman patent litigation, and was part of the White & Case team, which achieved significant victories for Pfizer against generic drug companies. He also offers litigation and counseling services to prominent clients in the sports and media-related industries.
He frequently appears before the US International Trade Commission, and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the US Patent and Trademark Office. He also has significant knowledge and experience of commercial civil disputes, including complex antitrust and unfair competition matters in multidistrict litigation.
