Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nordic Summa Equity Fund II (Summa Equity) on its acquisition of Axion BioSystems.
Summa Equity is an investment firm focused on companies that address global challenges in the fields of resource efficiency, changing demographics and tech-enabled business. Founded in 2008 in Atlanta, Georgia, US, Axion BioSystems operates across North America, EMEA and Asia-Pacific, employs more than 60 people and has placed more than 500 systems to date.
