White & Case advises F-Secure on acquisition of mobile consumer security business from Lookout

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised F-Secure on the acquisition of the mobile consumer security business from Lookout, Inc (Lookout) for an enterprise value of US$223 million (approximately €202 million).
The acquisition, which is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be finalized in the second quarter of 2023, significantly increases F-Secure’s scale, with a strengthened footprint in the US as well as a complementary mobile optimized product portfolio reaching tens of millions of subscribers worldwide.
F-Secure is a Finland-headquartered consumer cyber security company that operates in more than 100 countries and offers security and privacy products and services.
Lookout's mobile consumer security business is the leading consumer focused mobile security platform, with mobile-first solutions used by hundreds of millions of customers across the world.
